  Does anyone know of a local company that deals with removing animals (squirrels) ones attic?

  I used these guys: http://www.swatwildlife.com and they were great. They install a one way door and wait for the animals to exit and patch the hole up. I think it cost around $200 to patch the hole in my roof.
