Any recomendations would be appreciated! 1) Someone to come and do a nice clean on my home next Thursday or Friday (4/21 or 4/22). Looking for a more detailed clean of the basics, sweeping, mopping, vaccuming, dusting, bathrooms, etc. 2400 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. 2) Someone to come and trim down a tree. HOA fined me $100 because it hangs over the sidewalk. I dont need anything fancy done, just to cut off the part that they say is in violation. I will attach a pic in the comments.
