  Leo, I am not sure about Pinelands but there is a team at the Milnerton Market every Sunday selling/repairing bikes. Maybe if you check them out you can find out if they can fix your problem. Or these guys are at River Club(according to their web page) http://www.olympiccycles.co.za/
