Doc Brown's Auto is changing the way the typical customer sees auto repair by adding SERVICE back into the service industry...
We have been working for other shops in the field for more than 15 years. We are tired of seeing the way some shops treat their customers - making the customer wait to hear the diagnosis of their car, misdiagnosing problems and selling unnecessary services, and then using inferior parts.
We are changing the customer experience. We are honest and fair. We keep our overhead low to keep our labor rates low. We currently offer valet services and mobile services.
* Valet services: We pick up your car, service your car, and bring it back to you. This can be for minor service to major service (engine, transmission, etc), on all makes and models. Estimates and invoices can be emailed to you, with the ability to pay online. Communication is kept open so you always know what is going on with your car.
* Mobile services: We bring our tools to your car. We can scan for codes, do minor repairs and maintenance (brakes, oil changes, etc), and get you back on the road quickly and efficiently.
We service the Temecula/Murrieta area, striving to keep business local. This helps keep our costs and your costs down. All services are by appointment only, which includes working around your schedule on evenings and weekends. This allows us to focus on what your car needs instead of focusing on multiple cars at a time.
