  Hi everyone my name is Joseph Perse , and latter in the year myself and my partner are planning on opening up a cafe / proved-ore store in Fraser street , Clunes , where the old library was . The focus of our cafe/ store is to focus on the regions quality food producers in our menu and also for purchase through our store such as wines, ciders , relishes , preserved fruits etc. we are planning on a trip shortly to the Daylesford cider company in the next few weeks and have noticed that they have a few different mixes on their website . I was wondering if anyone on this site has tried their ciders and if they had any recommendations .we are also looking at wines and was wondering also if people had any recommendations on wineries in the region.
