About us
Little Collins is a vibrant and cozy hotspot, situated slightly off the beaten track in hip neighbourhood ‘The Pijp.’ Popular with the locals, you can find this Australian owned restaurant in a side street, just off the bustling Albert Cuyp Market.
Little Collins boasts a creative, international menu with asian influences and modern twists on classic brunch dishes. Expect great coffee, creative cocktails - the best bloody marys in town!!!
Anyone know where I can find a proper American breakfast in Amsterdam? I've lived here for 3 years and its the food I crave the most (besides Mexican food) I'm talking the good stuff... eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, toast... all the stuff needed to cure a hangover
Bonus points if you can suggest a place that doesn't cost an arm and a leg to eat there!

I'm not the only person struggling to find good inexpensive food in Amsterdam. Restaurant suggestions please!
