He finally got around to giving me my first 100 photos 11/2016 (my wedding was 1/2016) but only because a local wedding website had asked for them which gave me more reason to pressure him. I'm essentially contacting him every 2-4 weeks regarding my photos as at this point, it is completely unacceptable that he hasn't given me the rest of my proofs yet! And once the wedding was over, he became much less responsive to phone calls, texts, and facebook. He just seemed professional up until the wedding day but after, it was like we weren't his clients anymore. I've also placed a review of this level on weddingwire.com as well (https://www.weddingwire.com/shared/rate/search). This behavior is so unacceptable and unprofessional, I never plan to use Dan Nguyen again as my photographer.

He said he going to send us our wedding clip soon but we waited for so long and still have not receive it yet. Now it's been 2 weeks after our 1st anniversary, we are trying to contact him by phone, message, facebook messenger but he didn't even bother to reply to us.
