  I'd recommend Graham Orrin (he does the installation side of Trademark windows) 07766 225567 he installed all the doors and windows in our extension that we had built last year. we have an aluminium 5-door bifold across the back of the house which has blinds inside the double glazing! for budget purposes you're looking at approx £1000 per metre.
