  The best is Karl with Better Quality Carpets 850 850 346 9100. I run a property management company and he is THE carpet person for us and our home. He'll give you a quote over the phone. Tell them Sand Dune Properties sent you. DYI is okay but nothing beats truck-mounted hot water/steam cleaning! Good luck!
