Are there any sitters / services / spots that offer last minute drop in care for sick children whose parents have to work? As we all know, missing work isn't always an option...

  Through my company, we get a subscription to Bright Horizons. They offer last-minute back-up care through one of their approved agencies in the city. We've used their nurses for baby-sitting from Gifted Nurses and have been very happy. 1-877-242-2737.
