  You could try Radmila from Ibis-Astra http://www.ibis-astra.rs/ She was our real estate agent when my boyfriend and I were looking for a flat in March. She speaks fluent English, she replied quickly (both on phone and by email) and she was professional and knowledgeable. The only problem we had with her was that she seemed a little stand-offish and haughty at times. Don't get me wrong, she wasn't rude or anything, it's just an impression we got, but she did her job correctly. I'd say keep looking, especially if you need your estate agent to be nice and friendly, but Radmila could be a decent back-up plan :).
