  http://www.dmklassiccatering.co.uk They did our wedding, in a location (barn) without a kitchen, to our very specific and slightly demanding menu, on a tight budget and were nothing but 100% accommodating. Some of them are ex army and the most efficient operations I've ever seen for a caterer. They are amazing.
