  Hey everyone! So, just moved into our house 2 mos ago and noticed tile that was squishy... LONG story short, there was some SERIOUS damage (well before we moved in) from termites. That issue was dealt with (we have the inspection/warranty) but... we're now looking at needing to rip up all of the subflooring in the entry way along with having joists looked at. So, reasonable/reputable carpenters? TIA!

I need a handyman asap to fix an issue with my eave so I can take pics of it being fixed for my insurance co - we intend to fix it for real but they threatened to cancel our insurance if we don't get it fixed by Monday at midnight (and they will NOT budge on the date), so I need to buy us some time.
