  HELP just went outside to check on my dog etc and his eye is swollen shut his reg vet won't see us unless we have half down on the total bill and we won't have the money for another week is there any vet near by that will see him with a payment plan or any advice on how to help him at home until he can be seen?!

  Try Dr. Horton, St. Helens vet clinic. (503)397-4190 Called Monday to have them check out a lump on my dog, got appt for today, only cost like $35 for exam. Plus she's a great, kind doc. I know you would need full amount for exam though the day of, but it's reasonably priced.
