We may have a water leak under slab foundation, any referral for repair? Should we contact foundation repair or/ plumbing company? TIA.

You need a leak repair company that find it as well. Foundation companies just do posts/ piers. We just had the corroded cast iron pipes replaced on half of our house by Accu-Find Slab Leak. They were awesome and very thorough. They took care to use a shop vac to catch as much dust as possible drilling every hole in the foundation. www.accu-findslableak.com.. 972-399-0061. Barry is the head guy. Homeowners Insurance didnt cover because there wasn't "water damage". We did have them out to make sure. But the leak moved the foundation, which wasn't covered.
Does anyone have any local recommendations for a plumber capable to detect a slab leak through hardwood floors.

We had this happen not too long ago. It was quite an ordeal getting everything tested by the homeowners insurance, but once it was determined that we have 5 leaks under the slab our homeowners agreed to cover it. The company that did the testing for us is http://www.accu-findslableak.com/ Now, all we have to do is get it repaired...
