  Hi All! Just wondering if anyone can recommend a reputable computer person to fix my laptop or point me in the right direction of maybe replacing it with another laptop or maybe an IPAD ???. I have no idea what's wrong with it but it keeps on crashing...ugh! it tells me that it can no longer configure window updates for starters....here's hoping it stays up long enough this time around to see your responses.
