  The best ortho in all of Westmoreland and Allegheny county is Dr Gregory Flynn Habib I would not recommend anyone else he did my dad shoulder who tore his rotor cuff in 5 places and just did my mom who broke her shoulder in 4 spots and tore her ligament highly highly highly recommend him 412-207-9780
