  http://www.trpeza.co.rs/ When it comes to serbian food , particularly grilled meat from the rostilj, this is the best place you can eat in Belgrade. I took so many visitors as well as locals there and they all said they never ate that good on Belgrade. It's a bit off the center and the menu is in cyrillic, that might be a problem. But nothing I tired here beats their food and the prices. Also the staff is super frienldy

  I can reccommend 3 excellent restaurants with HUGE portions (portion is considered to be 1.3 kg of meat!), very cozy atmosphere and great staff, also amazing homemade rakijas and wines and everything at unbeliavable prices: 1. "Trpeza" in Mali Mokri Lug - http://www.trpeza.co.rs 2. "Đerdan" in Učiteljsko naselje - http://www.restorandjerdan.rs/index.php 3. "Trpeza AIM 1389" in Konjarnik - http://srbijanatanjiru.com/restoran-trpeza-aim-1389-beograd/ They are all a bit further away from the center, but believe me, it really pays off to go there (especially for family lunches). Watch out with those huge portions (you can actually order half or even a quarter of a portion) :)
