  I can't recommend a place in S. Seattle specific to Subaru's, but I take my car to Smart Service in Mount Lake Terrace/Shoreline (they also have a location in Mukilteo). They are a lot less expensive that a dealership and are a qualified independent specialist http://www.smart-service.com/index.php.
