  Does anyone know of a good contractor Newberg or nearby that does French Drains. Our yard is flooded really bad. A lot of the water is coming from our neighbor behind us. I have talked to them twice and nothing has been done about plugged down spout. I have been told that I need to have a French drain put in to get the water to drain out to the street. The picture shows the water where it pools up and floods our back yard. A lot of water is coming from our neighbor behind us along the back fence and drains into our yard. The pump is in that blue thing you can see by the gate. That is a 5 gallon bucket that is in a hole and area filled with water.
