  I have to say...I drove all the way to Fat Cat last week JUST to try their mac and cheese based off the recommendation of this board and was very disappointed. It was watery and oily. It was Mac and cheese soup and I wasn't impressed with the bland flavoring. The best I have had is Stockholders. NOTHING has even come close to the deliciousness of their lobster mac and cheese!
