  Looking for a mortgage broker or lender that can help us get a construction loan. 2 years out of a short sale in January. Husband lost his job in 2012 in south Florida and we were forced to move up here when my husband found a new job. Thanks to new FHA guidelines just passed, we are having difficulty.
