  I am looking for suggestions for a beauty shop/ salon in Monticello that will do hair for elderly women. My mother in law is 98 and does not do stairs well---so I need a place that she can easily walk into and will do her hair in the old style with rollers . So it would be a wash and set, dryer and comb/brush out. I can even help them if it is needed. Thanks for your help!
