  Dr. Russel Imboden HANDS DOWN! His office number is: 636-477-6731. He is known as the doctor that people go to when they are fed up with dealing with traditional medical doctors and want answers. I saw 5 doctors before finding him and he is the only one who actually thought outside the box and was able to figure out what was going on with me.
