  Sandy's Hair Salon 203 N Blakeley St, Monroe, WA 3607941905 She is an older lady but is Great with kids & does a good job on the hair cuts! Best of all she only charges by their age $1 per yr so it will only cost $4 & after you have used her for a year they get a free haircut on their birthdays!
