  I have a friend who will be working in the Ottumwa area. Very nice guy. Needs a room to rent that is nice and clean. It does not have to be fancy or large. Does anyone know of any places or rooms like this that could be rented on a monthly basis. He will be relocating his family here in the coming months but needs a room until then.
