  Almost an Austin homeowner again! However, want to get some work done before officially moving in. Considering an addition and absolutely removing popcorn ceiling!! Need recommendations for contractor, electrician, popcorn remover, plumber..... I hope the A/C guy we used before is still here. Oh, and would love to rip out the carpet and put in wood floors so recommendations would be great for floors too. Please send who you would and would NOT recommend!
