  Good luck Katy! My neighbor, Jim Bill's, had to knock his entire home to studs b/c of black mold several years ago. Jim can give you great advice (732-489-6124) and/or help you out since he does it all (construction, etc). Tell him I gave you his #. Quality service and stellar Man!
