There were huge areas where the paint on the trim ran, only one coat of paint was used on the trim so you could see straight through it. He assured me he would put two coats on the walls, but it was obvious in several places only one coat was used, the paint dried in the tray and dried paint flakes ended up all over the walls in several places. I contacted him immediately and he stated he would be out to fix the work, and it is now June, he hasn’t come back out to my house, and I can’t even get him to answer the phone or return a text. I am extremely disappointed because he seemed so honest and trustworthy.

Within 2 weeks we had boards popping up, wobbling, and cracking all the way through. 13 boards total. He does NOT warranty his work, even though he says he does! We have tried on NUMEROUS accounts to get him to call, or text us back and he will not. He would ever so often finally text back and give us a specific date of when he would come, only to not show, and we wouldn't even hear from him again.... He even told us through text another time to get the wood and he would be out on a specific date, and to have the wood there and that it wouldn't take long to do just 13 boards. So we purchased the wood, and told him we had it there waiting on him and asked that he PLEASE show up this time because we had rearranged our schedule to be here on the day he gave us, but he STILL did not show up. I finally went to his Facebook page to communicate with him. I left 1 comment only letting him know we have tried to contact him through calls, voicemails and text with no response. He then deleted my comment and blocked me from his page. After still no resolution, and practically BEGGING him to just "do the right thing" he still would not respond and make things right. So I shared his Facebook page to my Facebook page warning all of my contacts about how he conducted his business with us. I even "cut and pasted" text messages he had sent me promising me he would come and replace the boards. I felt people NEEDED to be exposed to how he runs his business and to be informed. After that, many of my friends started leaving negative reviews on his Facebook page exposing his conduct. Then he deleted all the reviews and blocked them from his Facebook page. This man and company needs to be exposed for how they do their customers. You will be so sorry if you choose this company. It has been the biggest nightmare, and I hope by leaving a detailed review it will save someone else down the line the nightmare we had to go through with him.
