  A lot of print companies do this, this is one I've seen on google before http://www.hyspec.co.uk/ - its quite expensive everywhere I looked £25 per t-shirt etc. If you're only having a few t-shirts done. Tesco do print sheets which you iron on if you are doing this as more of a hobbie - they come out really well on white tshirts, and you can use more colours in your designs etc.
