  I took my sons laptop to the computer store by the courthouse and had a HORRIBLE experience. All it needed was a keyboard. After one week, i had to call them. They said there were no keyboards made for our system. When I went to pick it up, the back was off the laptop and there was sawdust all over it. They lost the bag I brought it in and the screws for the back. I went to the most fantastic repair shop In Portland. They fixed everything and replaced the keyboard.
