  Hello. We're expecting a baby in the next few weeks and need to find a decent & reasonably priced B&B for a very excitable grandparent (no room for us all to squeeze in the flat!). We're on Thicket Road so something on Anerley Hill or top of Penge would be ideal but any walking distance is fine really. Any ideas or recommendations? Many thanks in advance.
