  Any one know of any places in GP that offers pole fitness/pole dancing classes? Or the Ariel/silk rope classes? Or a hula hooping classes? Also how does a person get a hold of the roller Derby group/association here in Gp to join up?

  http://hipflickhoops.com she also has a website. Currently there's a class being taught by Anna at the muskoseepi park building on Tuesday nights. Drop in fee of 20$ for the intermediate class. Beginners class you may have to wait until the next session opens up. There should also be adult hoops for sale at the creative arts centre. Amanda is traveling right now otherwise you could order a custom hoop from her.
