  Try Russell Lake Animal Hospital , 250 Baker Dr in dartmouth. Dr Adva was very understanding and compassionate when my girl was getting older and sickly. She never told me to just put my dog down, but she did have heartfelt conversations with me to help me cope and make tough choices. Not sure if they take payments though.
