  I'm a little confused about having time to go to Marble Hill but not time to eat at Park View of IRC. If *diner* is the top priority and a schlep to MH an option, then run and do now walk to the Tibbett Diner. Classic. Very friendly and the food is well prepared. Former mayoral candidate Freddie Ferrer is a regular. Breakfast all day. Lunch and dinner specials prepared in a delicious old-school manner. Tibbett is west of Broadway three blocks and the diner is between 230 th and 231 st. They have a few parking spaces. http://tibbettdiner.com/
