  I used Nis Nissen at koraarhus: http://koraarhus.dk/eng/ to convert a U.S. license to a Danish license. If you're converting a license from another country, this is an affordable way to go about it -- you get access to a couple of in-person class sessions and practice tests, online access to a ton of theory tests, plus help arranging the practical driving test. If you're starting from scratch and needing to learn how to drive and get a license without converting one, then I am not sure what is the most economical school.

  You can also have driving classes in Arabic, if that is what you would need: http://www.tupalo.dk/brabrand/dansk-arabisk-k%C3%B8 reskole and you can for example google your language and "køreskole", who knows, maybe it doesn't even need to be English ;-). If it should be English: http://koraarhus.dk/eng / http://www.aroskoreskole.dk/ and this may help you with some of the questions, should you have to take the teoriprøve: http://www.netkoerekort.dk/ I'm sorry, I don't know whether or not those schools are actually cheap - but they seem to be the nearest ones that also teach in English. There's also one located in Horsens, for example.
