  WANTED good quality FIREWOOD! This is our first winter here in Daylesford and as such we haven't any seasoned firewood ready for burning this year. Have heard GREYBOX and SUGARGUM burn the hottest.. can anyone suggest a reasonably priced supplier in the area?

  All depends on how long the wood once split has been stored under cover. Not under a tarp ! I own www.firewooddaylesford.com.au we deliver free within 20 ks of Daylesford. All has been split and stored under cover for 12 months min. It's common wood, mixture of gums and Blackwood from our own property. Beware those that sell wood that is collected in public areas.
