Pegasus beauty is a solo operated home based business by appointment only. Located in Kilburn SA.
We offer a range of beauty services including *Eyelash extensions
*Waxing
*Tinting
*Body Piercing
*Shellac
*Spray Tans

Body Piercing Policy
Photo ID is required for all body piercing procedures and children under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a consenting parent or legal guardian. At Pegasus Beauty, we are fully compliant with the skin penetration health and safety guidelines and are health department approved. All needles are 'single use' with fully autoclaved sterile piercing instruments and jewelery.
Lash extension booking policy
Please note that advance notice is usually required for most bookings (particularly lashes and long waxing appointments) as many of my clients have regular appointments booked in advance...particularly in the evenings.
Please also note, that as this is a home based business I do not have an allocated waiting area so if you are early you will need to wait until your appointment time in your car. Sorry if this causes any inconvenience. I am generally running on schedule and normally can not see you earlier than your appointed time. So please understand that for security and privacy reasons, the rest of my home is a private area.
At Pegasus beauty, We adhere to strict Occupational Health and Safety procedures. I have assessed the risk from piercing equipment, hot wax, sharp tweezers, glues and other dangers in the treatment room to be too high for children not under close and direct supervision of their parent, Therefore I respectfully request that clients do not bring children for long services, particularly lash extension bookings as your eyes need to remain closed for the entire service. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.
Cancellation policy
I understand that life is hectic and appointments need to be rescheduled... show more from time to time, but I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice so I can offer your appointment to another client on my waiting list.
As the business is solely run by myself, I am usually fully booked with clients on my cancellations list so any less notice means that others often miss out! So please just SMS or call within 24 hours of your booking for cancellations and within 6 hours for any changes to your appointment.
If you regularly give less than 24 hours notice or don’t show up at all without calling, please expect that I will require pre-payment before I can book you in again.
A late cancelation fee of 50% of the booking cost is charged for cancelations made less than 8 hours before your booking, or no-shows.
Lateness Policy
Your appointment is your time, set aside specifically for you to relax and enjoy being pampered. Should you arrive late, your appointment can not be extended into someone else's allocated time and I may not have the time required to apply as many lashes as you would like. So please be punctual. While I will try my best to accommodate you, sometimes rescheduling is often necessary if you are more than 15 minutes late.
To get the most out of your appointment and to make sure I can make your lashes as lovely as possible, please arrive on time and with all eye make-up removed.
