  Following struggling to get someone to give us a quote (builders must be really busy), we are still looking for a builder to do a loft conversion for us. We are looking for two quotes one for the full loft conversion, one for just the structural stuff (stairs, doorway, new flooring and supporting beams). All will have to be done to building regs. Can anyone recommend anybody good and reliable that won't charge the earth? Thank you. :-)
