  please post i am looking to purchase some home cooked ready meals, preferably all in one , ready to freeze which can then go into the microwave when thawed. It is for an elderly person so they not eating these supermarket cheap crap ready meals. Any polite suggestions appreciated. Yes I can make some but it helps to have some back up. thanks
