  Hi everyone, I hope someone out there can help. We have a mini Schnauzer rescue that we got a little over a year and a half ago. We have gotten him groomed a few times already but the last time he had too much anxiety and bit the groomer. We were asked to take our dog and not come back. I found another groomer who is wonderful but she suggested that we ask our vet to prescribe him a sedative for the next time he needs to get groomed. Has anyone experienced this? I need suggestions. I don't want to medicate my dog every time he needs to get groomed. He is otherwise a very happy dog. TIA :-)

  Yes, we have a mini schnauzer as well, and two cats...same thing happened with our girls, so we changed groomers to vip mobile , Katie comes to your home in her van, and grooms your pet in it...since changing to her, our schnauzer and cats, don't mind being groomed and don't show a lot of stress...her number is 514-561-2013
