  i am looking for someone who does floor repair/tile that is willing to come out and look at my floors in house i rent and give me a price to tell my landlord to fix it, the floor has had water damage from leaking washer drain. The tiles are cracked and floor is soft in some spots. My landlord has multiple rentals and has had a hard time finding reliable Handy man type person here in monroe, if i can find someone who does a good job for good price, there could be alot of work from her in the future.
