Then going there for years. New owner took over and it all went down the tank. She doesn't care about our customers she cares about the money. Took her two dogs there to get them anything groomed the hairs are all chopped and then even, and our new dog six months old feels ugly she shaved her her face is crooked she made her look retarded. Our for babies mean everything to us, but when you're in business and you have no customer service skills it's just sad.
The person that did our baby was just back from maternity leave and I'm sure she doesn't want to be there she wants to get home with her new baby which I get.
But when you don't listen and you have to be told every time you drop them off what to do it just goes to show that you don't like your job and the other could care less. Her comment was well you're not happy here so you should come here. The facts are I shouldn't have to tell her every time I come in there what to do for my tights and then when we pick him up it's not what we asked for. I would not recommend them ever to anyone in fact I will post constantly to make sure that people are aware of the danger of taking their dogs to a place where the owner could care less and the employees dont listen. Not to mention she has raise the rates three times in less than seven months. Thank you for listening Kathy Brown

Can anyone recommend a good dog groomer in the area? I tried googling and the reviews are horrific... I just want someone who will treat my dog kindly. Thanks!
