  Vicki, check out www.thefitnessleague.co.za for complete info. Wed 08:30-09:30 Cally 083 463 0311 (Tue & Thu 5:30-6:30 pm Alison 083 308 6677). Costs vary depending on no of times/wk/mo attend. Very reasonable eg 1 class/wk: Student rate R105/mo Adult rate R115/mo.
