  I don't know how this compares with the MTA scheme but this one was easy to set up, a couple of phone calls and no fuss, you get a decent discount if your a member of the IOL, maybe they have an MTA / BMC / MTLA discount too. http://www.adventureactivityinsurance.com/partnership.shtml
