We have a high population of low income housing residents who are on public assistance. We also have a rising number of elderly people who need walkers, canes and other help to be mobile. The entrance of the building has stairs that many can't easily navigate with out help. We would like to look into getting a ramp but because of the buildings fiscal issues we can't swing it on our own.
