  I've used Edwin Barber of Catering By Edwin (www.cateringbyedwin.com) for a number of events from small scale boxed lunches for 15-20 ppl to larger, more formal events... they do it all. They are a great value for the quality of food and service provided. Tell Edwin that jLo sent you ;)
