I used to see a car advertising these hoops in Dunkirk in the shopping center near Ledos and Heavenly Chicken but I didn't write down the phone number.   I kept their number on my cell phone. It is 301-785-0563. I go to Hair Cuttery in Dunkirk and the lady used to work there as a stylist. Don't know if she still does or not. She even said she would give a lesson on how to use it.
