  I used to use Dan from Truro who was great but he retired. I found out that he recommended Cape Quality Plumbing, Jamie Meads, 508-214-0131; 508-221-0483 but I have not used them yet. Would be interested if anyone else has.

  Local plumber needed - ASAP. Shower valve broke AGAIN, twice in 3 months, on a brand new shower - so the water is turned off for the whole house until I can get someone here to turn off the shower. Waiting to hear from my regular plumber but they don't know if they can get someone here today. FYI - I would definitely NOT, I repeat NOT recommend buying anything from F.W. Webb in Hyannis. Between missing pieces and parts that break immediately and repeated upselling attempts when things are "out of stock", they have been a real pain in the neck - and when you call to complain, they insist nothing is ever their fault.
