  I used Dr. Alfred Penhaskashi, DDS Periodontist, (818) 788-7091. He's on Balboa Blvd near the 101 Fwy. He specializes in implants and did a phenomenal job on my front tooth. He came highly recommended by my dentist who said he was the best in the valley. It was also covered by my Delta Dental PPO insurance.
